  • Finally back to JCMC.  I feel relief to be back on the job, but yet feel so worn out!  I haven't really been spending a lot of quality time with my munchkin and Jay cause working the 2nd shift at the hospital is very tiring!  Jay, I'm sorry if the nights on the phone don't last as long as it use too.  I apologize for always falling asleep on you!  My job is very demanding physically and emotionally and I'm thankfull that you understand where I'm coming from.

I pray for the souls that have died this past weeks in trauma.  I pray for the families who lost a love one.  If you're reading this PLEASE pray for these people as well!  It's truly sad to witness a tragic thing in the line of my work!  I'm truly lucky my family is still here well and alive.  I'm thankful everyday.  Lastly, I pray for those that are very ill.  I pray that God may save all souls, cure the sick with his miracles and grant me strength and knowledge so I may help those in need every possible way I can. AMEN.

  • This is funny!!

There was a City cop on his horse waiting to cross the street when a little boy on his new shiny bike stopped beside him.  " Nice bike."  the cop said.  "Did Santa bring it to you?"

"Yep," the little boy said.  "He sure did!"  The cop looked the bike over and handed the boy a $20.00 ticket for a safety violation.

The cop said, "Next year tell Santa to put a reflector light on the back of it."

The young boy looked up at the cop and said, "Nice horse you got there sir.  Did Santa bring it to you?"

"Yes, he sure did," chuckled the cop.

The little boy looked up at the cop and said,  "Next year tell Santa the dick goes underneath the horse not on top.

  • For the past few days, weeks, months that has gone by I found myself facing a lot of difficult situations.  This year for me, like any other year is a one, big, crazy, rollercoaster ride! I feel like it's never going to end.  Through it all, I've lost myself in a transition, drowing in a cloudy water which is slowly and beginning to clear up... (like "you" said it would!) I know that there are people out there with worst problems than I do..

  • Seeing Larry grieve for his love one made me realize that time and life is precious!!

    so think this over......

Today we have higher buildings and wider highways, but short temperments and narrow points of view.

We spend more, but enjoy less.

We have bigger house, but smaller families.

We have more compromises, but less time.

We have more knowledge, but less judgement.

We have more medicines, but less health.

We have multiplied more possesions, but reduced our values.

We talk much, we love only a little and we hate too much.

We reached the moon and came back, but we find it troublesome to cross our street and meet our neighbors.

We have conquered the outer space, but no our inner space.

We have higher income, but less morals.

These are times with more liberty, but less joy.

We have much more food, but less nutrition.

These are the days in which it takes two salaries for each home, but divorces increase.

These are times of finer house, but more broken home.

That's why I propose, that as of today, you do not keep anything for a special occasion, because everyday that you live is a special occasion.

Search for knowledge, read more, sit on your front porch and admire the view without paying attention to your needs.

Spend more time with your family and friends, eat your favorite foods, visit the places you love.

Life is a chain of moments of enjoyments, not only about survival.

Use your crystal goblets.  Do not save your best perfume, use it every time you feel you want it.

Remove from your vocabulary phrases like "one of these days" and "someday".

Let's write that letter we thought of writing "one of these days".

Let's tell our families and friends how much we love them.

Do not delay anything that adds laughter and joy to your life.

Every day, every hour and every minute is special.

And you don't know if it will be your last.

If you're too busy to take the time to send this message to someone you love and you tell yourself that you will send it "one of these days".  Just think...... "one of these days" you may not be here to send it!!!

Larry, my condolences goes out to you and your family...

    (I'm sorry for yesterday!!)

  • INSPIRATIONS

Courage is the discovery that you may not win                                                                  and trying when you know you can lose...

Honor is stand for what you believe- no for what you know.

Life isn't about living without problems.  Life is about solving problems.

If you plow the field every day- the only thing that grows is resentment.

Compassion is passion with a heart.

The only thing in the world universe people need to control are their attitudes.

How a person wins and loses is much more important than how much a person wins and loses.

If you only do what you know you can do- you never do very much.

There are no failures- just experiences and your reactions to them.

Getting what you want is not nearly as important as giving what you have.

Going on a journey with a map requires following directions- going on a journey without one requires following your heart.

    Talent without humility is wasted.

If you don't want it bad enough to risk losing it- you don't want it bad enough.

When life knocks you down you have two choices- stay down or get up.

                                                                                                   I'm up and moving on..

  • "It's not enough to have a dream, unless you're willing to purse it.  It's not enough to know what's right, unless you're strong enough to do it.  It's not enough to learn the truth, unless you also learn to live it.  It's not enough to reach for love, unless you care enough to give it.  Men who are resolved to find a way for themselves will always find opportunities enough; and if they do not find them, they will make them."

  • To preciousdreams,

"What love we've given, we'll have forever.  What love we fail to give, will be lost for all enternity.." Love does not begin and end the way we seem to think it does.  It's merely a battle or a struggle to understand how it works its ways!  The heart has reasons, that reason itself cannot explain.  It feels good, but then hurts so bad!

One thing I've learned about LOVE is that it's a part of growing-up and break-ups are tough thing to deal with but our hearts is not living until it has experienced pain....  The pain of love which breaks open the heart, even if it is as hard as a rock.

    Stay strong..

Eventually everything will work out for the best!  I'm here if you need me!

    Love yah!  your ateh
